Return & Exchange Policy
At BLUVNEX, we strive to give you a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 7 days hassle-free return or exchange from the date of delivery.
Once the return request is approved, the product must reach us within 5–7 days.
We provide reverse pick-up service, subject to service availability at your pin code.
Reverse Pick-Up Charges
A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund.
This is a single deduction per order, irrespective of the number of items in that order.
Pick-up will be attempted twice.
If the courier is unable to pick up the order, the customer will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse address.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for prepaid / online payment orders.
Kindly allow up to 7 days after the product reaches us for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our website.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided in the form of store credit.
Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days after the return pickup.
Store credit can be used anytime on future purchases.
Product Condition
Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
Returns will not be accepted if the product:
Shows signs of wear or use
Is damaged or returned in poor condition
In such cases, no refund or exchange will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain categories, including but not limited to:
Accessories
Sunglasses
Perfumes
Masks
Innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks)
BLUVNEX reserves the right to modify this list at any time without prior notice.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional events are considered final sale.
Such items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
